STEP 1 : To reserve a room for a campus event, start by logging into CourseDog with your Pratt OneKey. To set up a CourseDog account, please fill out this form or contact Leslie Gerber lgerber@pratt.edu
STEP 2 : Navigate to the Actions menu on the right side of the CourseDog homepage and select "Request an event." Then Select " All Events and Meetings" as event type
STEP 3 : Carefully fill out Event Form. If your event requires any technical or planning assistance, you must request support from Campus Event Services. Reservable library rooms are listed under the names LIB*MMB-Screening Room and Lib*arr Alumni Reading Room. If the library rooms do not show up in this search, it is because the room is unavailable at the listed time.
STEP 4 : After you submit your event request, it will be shared with all applicable offices for approval. To track the status of your event request, navigate to the Events Management menu on the left side of the CourseDog homepage and select "Requests." Locate your event in the "Created by Me" section and/or by searching by event name. On the event page, navigate to the Request Toolbox menu on the right side of the page and select "Workflow."
There you will be able to see the status of your request. You can click any of the approval categories to get the contact information for that office.
STEP 5 : For events open to non-Pratt attendees, please provide a list of attendees to Campus Safety and the Libraries at least one day in advance and assign a member of event staff to welcome outside guests in the library lobby.
STEP 6 : After the event has ended, event organizers should oversee the cleanup of the space and return all furniture to the original configuration.
