- Lester Petrillo Memorial Fund for Disabled Musicians (American Federation of Musicians): A charitable trust fund that provides financial aid to disabled members.

- SICK Magazine: SICK is an independent print magazine for chronically ill and disabled people with the mission to increase the representation of sick and disabled people in the arts and challenge stereotypes and misconceptions.
- Lutte (pronounced “loot”): Lutte is a space highlighting disabled and chronically ill artists through artist takeovers on their Instagram and a more extended monthly artist feature on their website.
- Shape Arts: Shape Arts is a disability-led arts organization that provides opportunities for disabled artists, trains cultural institutions to be more open to disabled people, and runs participatory arts and development programs to improve cultural access for people with disabilities. The organization also produces a yearly exhibition highlighting disabled artists.
- Tangled Art + Disability: a charitable organization that enhances opportunities for artists with disabilities.
- ReelAbilities Film Festival: Based in New York, the festival presents an array of good films by and about people with disabilities.
- CriticalAxis: CriticalAxis is a community-driven project from The Disabled List that collects and analyzes disability representation in media.
- Disabled Artist Space Grant: The Disabled Artist Space Grant and Residency offers artist space, travel stipend, cohort experience, advising, and performance opportunities for disabled dance, theater, and performance artists
- NYSCA/NYFA Artists with Disabilities Grant program: distribution of one-time cash grants of $1,000 to artists with a disability who have experienced financial hardship due to the COVID-19 crisis to cover art-related expenses.
