The Research Team leads the Libraries' reference services, including drop-in research help, live chat, and one-on-one research consultations, and oversees the creation of research support content such as LibGuides and video tutorials. The Research Team also supports library staff training and professional development in order to improve and expand research services. The team is comprised of members of the Libraries’ Access Services and Research & Collection Development departments.
