Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force is a collaboration between students, staff, and faculty working to ensure that Pratt Institute Libraries are a safe, welcoming, and productive space for everyone in our community. We believe that libraries are a place rooted in a complex history and headed towards an equitable future. We value access to information and champion the production of knowledge. We work to evaluate the state of social justice within Pratt Institute Libraries as well as develop and present recommendations that move us closer to our highest values.

Through monthly meetings, educational programming/events, and discussion groups, the Task Force supports DEI initiatives across the Libraries.
