When you run into computer difficulties, there are several steps to take to troubleshoot. 

Technology Troubleshooting Resources

  • For general, Pratt related, IT issues, contact the Pratt Technology Desk.  
  • Internet Speed Test - If you are having issues with pages loading slowly or with video calls dropping out, you can start with checking your internet speeds to see if you are getting the speeds you would expect. 
  • Down For Everyone or Just Me? - Enter a page URL here and this site will tell you if the page is down for everyone or whether the issue is local.
