Finding Books At Pratt Libraries

Pratt Libraries' online catalog can be searched through the Libraries' homepage. Within the catalog, you can search for books, DVDs, journal and magazine holdings, newspapers, and more.

Interested in a book that Pratt doesn't have? Try ConnectNY, a consortium of academic libraries in New York State that provides access to over 8 million books, including print and e-books. Most books are available for delivery to either Pratt Institute Libraries campus library location. You will need your Pratt Library Barcode number to request an item and items take 3-4 business days to arrive. Access the full Library Catalog here:

  • use OR for more results
  • use NOT if you want to exempt a word from your results
  • use quotation marks "_" to isolate phrases use the wildcard
  • use * to get all versions of a word
