Requesting Equipment For the Weekend

If you need equipment over the weekend, please make sure to submit all requests no later than the following times: 

  • 11:00 AM Thursdays - All Equipment Requests should be submitted (make requests by browsing the equipment categories from the menu in this guide and then clicking "Request for Pickup" on your selections). 
  • 11:00 AM Fridays - Equipment Pickup Appointment requests should be submitted. (You will receive an email with instructions on how to do this once your Equipment Request is confirmed). 

 If equipment is requested after 11:00 AM on a Thursday, it will not be possible to pick it up before the weekend. Likewise, if an equipment pickup appointment is scheduled after 11:00 AM on a Friday, no available pickup appointments will be available until Monday. 

 

Issues?

If you think there might be a problem with your request, please check the following:

  • Make sure that emails from the libraries did not go to the spam folder (to be sure you always receive these, add "equipment.library@pratt.edu" and "alerts@mail.libcal.com" to your email contact list). 
  • Wait! If you have recently made your request for equipment or for a pickup appointment, give it a bit of time. Each step takes a little while. 
  • If it has been more than two business days and you have not received any updates, please reach out to us at equipment.library@pratt.edu and let us know and we will assist you.
